Background
I was appointed to the School Chaplain role at this Campbelltown school in Term 2 2008. I have extensive experience in the welfare sector and was previously a local Youth Worker.I have a Diploma of Youth Work,a Diploma of Community Welfare Work and a Cert.IV in Training & Workplace Assessment,I have been a part time TAFE Teacher for 25yrs.
Schools are an integral part of the community and the needs within this school community are diverse and at times challenging,I consider my supportive role to be a real opportunity for early intervention.
John Warby Public School is a preschool to year 6 primary school in the South Western region. The school is a safe and supportive environment for both students and the community, which is committed to providing students with a progressive and holistic education. John Warby Public School aims to foster an environment to tolerance and respect for difference.
