Summary: For a lot of chaplains, it can sometimes feel quite isolating when there are no other Christian workers for you to interact with at school. Networking with other chaplains can be really important for both spiritual and chaplaincy support, encouragement and ideas.

While GenR8 provides a number of opportunities throughout the year for you to network with other chaplains, we would really encourage you to be establishing network meetings with other Christian schools workers in your local area.

If you would like to start a group but aren’t quite sure who to invite, then all of the chaplains that GenR8 employs are listed under their region, so that could be a great place to start!
