Summary: For a lot of SRE teachers, it can sometimes feel quite isolating when there are no other Christian workers for you to interact with at school. This is particularly the case, if you are the only teacher that your board employs. Networking with other teachers can be really important for both spiritual and teaching support, encouragement and ideas.

WhileGenR8 provides a number of opportunities throughout the year for you to networkwith other teachers, we would really encourage you to be establishing networkmeetings with other Christian schools workers in your local area.

If youwould like to start a group but aren’t quite sure who to invite, then all ofthe teachers that GenR8 employs are listed under their region, so that could bea great place to start!
